So far it's claimed two tires on my Focus and one on wife's T&C. I spent half the day pulling wheels off of cars in order to fix them.
The roads are as cratered as I've ever seen them. Entire sections of road-way are closed off due to their condition. Road-crews are out damn near 24/7 but aren't making a dent in the potholes. I damn near got killed earlier this week when a semi-truck rear ended stopped traffic on a bridge on I-75. I had just switched lanes (less than 10 seconds), when I heard the tires lock up on the truck as he skidded into the rear end of a Trailblazer.
I swear, when summer is hear, I won't complain a bit. For as hot as it may get, I don't have to shovel the heat.

The hot summers and cold, snowy winters are what I love the most living here. It's a nice balance.

I remember when I was growing up in Michigan, taking off the hubcaps on my cars because the potholes would knock them off. Where you?
